This supplement to the Gnostic Chemistry & Cosmology Course is taken from German Rune Author Karl Spiesberger’s 1982 book: Runen-Praktiken der Eingeweihten Runen-Geistes-Übungen [Runic-Practices of the Initiates: Runic-Spiritual-Exercises] , which appears to be the 6th Edition of his 1958 book Runen-Geistes-Übungen für jedermann [Runic-Spiritual-Exercises for Everyone].
The information is presented here in order to study the way he discusses Cosmic Forces, Life-Forces, Transmutation, Mantras (“Mantramistics”) and Runic Exercises.
Part 1 – Transmutation and Runic-Mantramistics
Transmutation of the Gender/Sex-Force [Transmutation der Geschlechtskraft ]
According to Yoga-Experts, a dominant Role in spiritual Development – disregarded by many – is played by the Sexual-Force [Sexualkraft ].
No Waste-of-Force! All real Esotericists pay homage to this lapidary Principle.
The Energies bound to the Seminal-Fluid must not be squandered senselessly, they have to serve for spiritual Growth, because the spiritual Procreative-Organ (the Coronarium or Pineal-Gland) needs them.
Only through the Process of Sublimation of the sexual Potencies originating from the Gonads do we get rid of the Animal within us.
Many Exercises of Yoga and a certain Kind of Sexual-Intercourse – with which we will still be made familiar – aim for this same objective.
The fundamental Practice that we will add to our Exercise plan from now on is the Transmutation of the Sex-Force into Spiritual-Force, which is to be practiced in various Ways; the Separation of the Procreative-Energy from the physical Procreative-Substance, the Ascension of which is to be imagined as vividly as possible in the Spinal-Column going up to the Pineal gland.
[Karl Spiesberger’s Runic Exercise for Transmutation]
We may sit, lie down or stand while doing so.
This Exercise is highly recommended in the Buddha-Seat position, in which (as already mentioned) some important Runic-Arm-Postures (Man, Fa, Ka, Laf, etc.) can be assumed and almost all Runic-Grips can be made.
Knowing the Runes, we support the Transmutation-Process through appropriate Runic-Sounds, or better yet, we perform the Transmutation-Exercise in the Runic-Asana as follows:
In the bent Ur-Rune-Position, from the deepest “U”-Tone, we set the Root-Chakra in increased Vibration, visualizing how the Procreative-Energy in the Sexual-Center is increasingly clenched, gradually raising up, we go up into the Is-Universal-Circuit [Is-Allschaltung ], changing thereby from the “U”- to the “I”-Sound, striking the lowest Pitch, and ending with the highest, at the same time pulling up the Energy-Stream to the Head.
After each Raising ourselves up, we remain in an Upright-Attitude for a few Seconds to facilitate the Rising of the sexual Fluids.
Another Version consists of the Transition from Ur to Man .
Let us also keep in View here that in runic Transmutation an essential Factor is added, which is lacking in the usual Transmutation-Exercises: the Force of the Runes!
Especially before Solving difficult Problems, strenuous Labor, Runic-Meditation, magical Practices, Spiritual-Exercises for the Purpose of inner Development, it is recommended to perform Transmutation.And again and again, let us remain mindful of the Principle: Not Squandering the Forces, but Increasing them!

Runic-Mantramistics
Far too little Consideration has been given to Mantra-Yoga in Runic-Practice.
Only Peryt Shou, who has probably given us the best Insights into Mantramistics, brings mantric Postures [mantrische Stellungen ] in his Writings which (as we shall see) are unmistakably Rune-Asanas.
The Laws of Mantramistics make us understand the Influence of the Runic-Forces in many ways, they show how we can exploit them in the Service of our Perfection [Dienste unserer Vervollkommnung ] even better than previously known.
Let us name some Goals of Mantra-Yoga, which are consistently in Harmony with the Goals of Rune-Yoga:
To Tune-in [Einschwingen ] to cosmic Wave-Ranges;
Increase of personal Radiance-Force [Strahlkraft ] through Absorption of etheric Currents, such as M-Waves;
Awakening of occult Centers, especially the Pineal-Gland, Pituitary-Gland, Thymus-Gland, Chakras, especially the Foot- and Hand-Chakras, auric Vibrational-Fields;
Sublimation and Spiritualization of the Sexual-Force;
Healing-Effect on the Organism;
Development of the higher Willpower, Connection with the Super-Self [Über-Ich ];
Delivery [Entbindung ] of the Logoic-Force (Concept-Powers) residing in the Word.
Every mantrically spoken Word connects with a certain transcendent Force-Field, who’s Source we tap into with the Help of the Mantram.
Every mantrically spoken Word is, due to its inherent Logoic-Force, the Key to archetypal Concept-Powers, with which we are, in the sense of C. G. Jung, “still connected today in the dynamic Subconscious as a Vibrational-Entity”, “with the same Universe that awakened the Ur-Images (Archetypes) for us in the Beginning”.
The Release of subconscious Forces, the Establishment of the Relationship/Connection to the Ur-Images, their Vision, are the high goal of the Mantramist like they are to the Rune-Magician.
Sleeping Senses are to be awakened, which exercise “a Power hidden from the collective Unconscious”.
This requires First-and-Foremost the Infunctioning [Infunktionssetzung ] of suitable physical as well as subtle Centers.
The Sympathetic-Nervous-System, as the “Ur-Nerve-Channel”, is addressed as the “Bond to the Universe”.Through mantric Exercises it regains, as Peryt Shou explains, “its original Function in relation to the intellectual Pole of the Brain. It begins to develop its awakening Force.”
This important Center is located between the Brain-Pole and the Sexual-Pole, “higher, common Source” of both.
The Straightening of the Spinal-Column (“Central-Channel of inner Life-Energy [inneren Lebensenergie ]”) in Invertebration puts the Brain-Pole in Connection/Contact with the Sexual-Pole and allows the Force of the former to flow into the Sex-Zone.
Another determining Process is “the Flowing-Off of the Sound-Wave through the Feet”, the “Foot-Breath” of Esotericism as the “triggering Moment” of the “Logos-Phenomena”, the “Speaking with Sound-Immersion into the Feet”.Here, it is about Interference, about the Vibration of two Wave-Types, namely about “discrete Energy-Vibrations of the Organism”, caused by the Flowing-Off of the Sound-Wave through the Feet and the Inflow of unknown Earth-Radiations [Erd-Ausstrahlungen ].
According to the indian Teachings, the LOGOS awakens in the Feet.
The Magic of Sound also enlivens certain Levels-of-Vibration, the Electrical-Fields of the Aura, which – as far as I know – with the Exception of Peryt Shou (whom we follow in our Explanations) have not been considered by any other Runic-Researchers so far.

Six Levels-of-Vibration
Six Levels-of-Vibration surround the human Body horizontally:
1st Field: Pineal (sometimes the Head-Zone is divided into three Electric-Fields; the Electric-Field of the Aura beyond the Head also remains to be considered);
2nd Field: Thymus;
3rd Field: Solar-Plexus;
4th Field: Sexual [Sexus];
5th Field: Knees;
6th Field: Feet.

Part 2 – The Elevated-Path for Two (Runic-Karezza):
Magical and ethical Viewpoints
The erotic-sexual Event reaches deeply into our Activities/Existence [Geschehen ].
How many snap from the Omnipotence of Sexuality, dragging themselves (demoralized by Complexes) into the Army of the Neurotics, and then fade away: as the bitter Consequence of immoderately squandered Life-Forces [Lebenskräfte ] or torment themselves in senseless Abstinence?
The most true-to-life Moment would be missing from our Runic-Manual [Runenfibel ], if we did not find room here for the discussion of this very important Problem.
Runic-Spiritual-Exercises [Runen-Exerzitien ] without Mastery [Bemeisterung ] of the most human of ancient Impulses would be Incomplete, doomed to Failure; and, in fact, useless, if not dangerous, for the many who struggle helplessly with the insatiable Hydra of sexual Desire.
We learned (at the beginning) the Transmutation of the Sex-Force into Life-Force and Spiritual-Force with the Help of the Runes, which has certainly already helped this or that person over some Challenge and will continue to help.
However, we must warn against a one-sided Focus, against an absolute Asceticism, as is demanded by some Yoga-Adherents who are apparently afflicted with heavy Complexes as a result of Repressions.
On the other hand, this does have its Validity in order to categorically counteract the Squandering of the Sap-of-Life [Lebenssäfte ].
Powerful Forces slumber in the Loins. The Practices of Sexual-Magic [Sexualmagie ] as well as the Sexual-Yoga of the eastern Sages give us, although mostly encoded, Knowledge of it.
It is essential for us to find the golden Middle-Way between an Asceticism that is hostile-to-life and the Self-Expression or Enjoy-Life-to-the-Fullest [Sichausleben ] so propagated today; one as false as the other!
[Stimulation of the Odic-Forces and the Feeling-of-Love in the Soul]It is still too little known that an Exchange of Fluids takes place in the Contact of the Sexes [Umgang der Geschlechter ].
Every bodily Approach – Handshake, Caress, Embrace, Kiss – is connected with a mutual Od-Delivery [gegenseitigen Od-Abgabe ].
For many, the Desire-for-Love-and-Affection [Anlehnungsbedürfnis ], especially the Hunger-for-Kisses, ultimately depicts the Hunger for the Agent of the opposite-sex [gegengeschlechtlichen Agens ], which invigorates & rejuvenates, provided it is with the right Partner.
The Bible already knows about this. For no other Reason did the aged King David sleep with the young Sunammite [the Queen of Sheba?].
The Od-magnetic radiation of young, healthy Bodies renews the spent Vitality or Life-Force [Lebenskraft ], and regenerates the depleted Organism.
The mere physical Presence of a healthy partner, far from all sexual Activities/Existence [Geschehen ], is enough.
A tremendous Discharge of very-important-life Fluids [lebenswichtiger Fluide ] understandably takes place during the Sexual act.
The mutual Od-Exchange is quite enormous here.
The sexual-pole’s Voltage between the Partners, Resulting from highly potentized Od-magnetic Radiation-Forces, urges them to Discharge.
Completed Od-Recuperation, which usually occurs sooner or later, depicts the Generally observed Downside; which means nothing else than a Waning of the sexual Interest for the Love-Partner and the Urge towards another one, where the Game then starts all over again, only to end in the same Staleness.
Unless the Demand [Verlangen ] reaches beyond physical Sensation and flows as an actual ‘Feeling-of-Love in the Soul’ [wirkliches Liebesgefühl im Seelischen ], at which Moment we may only speak of Love.
Everything else, let it behave as it likes and wants, is the Cry of the Body, is Drive, Greed, Passion, but has nothing, nothing at all to do with the Feeling that so only rarely trembles in a Human-Bosom, and that even more rarely gets a Response!
Love in the real Sense can never become dangerous, it can never be contrary to inner Development, it is instead an Elevated-Path for two.
Tired of Being-Alone, everyone strives in the most secret Reason for the Companion of their World-Pilgrimage [Weltenpilgerschaft ], for his Soul-Sister [or -Brother], the ‘Dual’ to whom they have been connected for Aeons.
[Karl Spiesberger’s Runic Exercise for Finding one’s “Twin Soul” and a Warning]Whosoever has not yet found the Companion of their Life-Path, should build upon the Strength of the Runes [Runen Stärke ].
Meditating in Eh-Asana, let the Call go out to the Twin-Soul:

Probably it lies in Destiny, in our Karma, whether we find what has belonged together since long before, but strong faith nevertheless clears many Hurdles-of-Fate.
Confidence in the Rune’s Force-of-Realization must not Waver for a Moment.
Quite unexpectedly, perhaps, one will meet his or her Twin-Soul, under Circumstances that he or she never thought possible; or he or she has long been connected with them, only both are not yet aware of their cosmic Bond, nor do they have Slag clinging to them that prevent them from Recognizing it.
Runic-Yoga will open their spiritual Eye.
Great are the Possibilities for Man and Woman, if they draw together from the Runic Spring, but the Drink brings-ruin [verderbenbringend ], if impure Thinking and Feeling desecrate it.
Every Human-Being is a Centralization of metacosmic Consciousness, a Node of the metacosmic Universal-Force (Drawing 1):
Drawing. 1The Runes bind more firmly to this metacosmic Power-Station [Kraftstation ] and promote the Influx-of-Forces [Kräftezustrom ]:

This hardly changes with Exercises of general Character in pairs or with several people.
Everyone charges only their own Force-Field [Kraftfeld ], but remains a Vibrational-Aura for themselves:
It is different, however, when the Runic-Chain is Formed in connection with corresponding Targeted-Thoughts [Zielgedanken ].
Here the individual Fields merge into a single Work-Force-Field [Wirkkraftfeld ].
This case is even more pronounced when Man and Woman connect ritually, which can find its High-Point in the “Ritual of the Gnostic Marriage”, as I have given it in my book “Runic-Magic”.
Both Vibrational-Centers merge here also, only the closer, the more intimate the Feeling is to each other, to a great Power-Circuit [Kraftbezirk ]: Provided that ultimate Agreement reigns! Sympathy alone is not enough.
Love as an Ur-Ringing of the Soul is the Prerequisite [Grundbedingung ]; devoted, sacrificial Love.
In the case of lack of Harmony, or even worse in the case of conscious or unconscious Contradiction, such as Aversion, Lying, Infidelity, Attachment to another (even if this is only in Thoughts), the Force-Field gets into a State of disharmonious Vibration and, as a result of the Rune-Ritual, the metacosmic Forces flowing-in naturally have a destructive effect:
An infinitely fine Agent, of which the Od is only the coarsest Part, pulsates from one Lover to the other.
Unkindness, Falseness, Deceit tear this fluidic Bond, which is painfully felt by the Betrayed.
Love in the original meaning is transcendent mystery.
The Fusion of the Bodies is only an earthly Expression for the Being connected on a higher Level-of-Being.
Eh and Gibor hold the Mystery/Secret.
Every Break of a real Covenant-of-Love [Liebesbündnisses ], every Betrayal of the loving Partner [liebenden Partner ] is a magical Crime; how much more, if on top of this, the sacred Runic-Powers are Abused.
Here Experimentation stops.
Here is no Field for attempts to Satisfy the Tickle-of-Curiosity or even for the Gratification of tingling Cravings.
Thoughts, metaphysically evaluated, are essential, but by no means are they less than Feelings. This cannot be emphasized often enough.
A Chaos arises in the fluidic Vibrational-Structure when ulterior Desires poke, shove or strike [stößt ] the Love-Current of the Partner and [then these ulterior Desires] Pursue their own Pleasure-Impulses [Lustimpulse ] – becoming real, effective metaphysical Potencies – with another.
It is dreadful to imagine, that the Runes, are changed through abuse into the [opposite, inverse or] ‘Daemonium’, with that at Work!
We shall give a Case, taken from Life, not constructed at the Desk, to illustrate what has been Said.

An Example of a Magical Love Tragedy
Two Rune-Knowledgeable [Runenkundige ] people decided to unite in the “Marriage-Eternity-Law [Ehe-Ewigkeits-Gesetze ]” with a solemn Oath (‘knowledgeable’ is emphasized, because the Measure of Fault [Maß an Schuld ] is measured to the corresponding degree).
Recognizing themselves as Dual, they subordinated themselves to the Power of the Marriage-Rune [der Macht der Eh-Rune ], so that “the great holy Fusion of the Two into the One” [could] take place.
Except the true Feeling was only on his Side and not on hers, which in the end did not remain hidden to him.
Basically, she was cold and more into his esoteric Knowledge.
He sensed it, but believed that her behavior was the aftermath of a previous Relationship from which she had suffered greatly, and silently hoped that she would recover from it.
His Blindness was his own Fault.
Despite growing Disharmony, he continued on the Path he had taken with her.
Only after some Years, and on my urgent advice, did he finally stop the common Rune-Work.
High Time for him. Emotionally broken [Seelisch gebrochen ], he stood firm on the Border between Suicide and Madness.
She, too, was nothing but a Nervous-Wreck. For nights on end she tossed and turned sleeplessly, unable to Dominate the assailing Thoughts. Her Health was declining alarmingly.
After another two Years – apart from the interruption in her spiritual Work, everything had remained as it had been – she finally confessed the real Facts.
For Years she had been in love with another man, her Boss, who was a married Family-Man.
Not so much now, however, although it still hurt, but she hoped to get over this Feeling completely over Time.
Shaken, our Friend looked into an Abyss of spiritual Depravity.
Never, even in his worst Fears, would he have gone so far as to subject her to such a Breach-of-Oath [Eidbruch ], such a Desecration-of-the-Runes [Runenschändung ] – for that is surely what one must call it.
It is said that their Desires [Begehren ] remained without Fulfillment.
But where is he ever going to find Proof?! – Lucky for them, her Words rang true.
She already had more than enough to bear, even if it remained for her only as mere Desires; every Thought (which was meant for the other man) worked like an Explosive-Charge and caused its Devastation in the common Vibration-Field, turning the Runes’ Force [Runen Kraft ] into something Negative. – –

Insights in the Aftermath of a Magical Love Tragedy
Nothing is worse than violating the Law of Love, of Harmony.
The mutual Sympathetic-Relationship [gegenseitige Sympathieverhältnis ] is so important, that Huter* emphatically pointed this out on the Basis of his own Experiences.
[* This seems to be referring to Carl Huter who created a healing system similar to Magnetotherapy (or Magnetization) that works with Helioda (our Healing-Magnetism) which he described as “a radiating Force, more precisely, Odic Expansion”.]
Immediately his Healing-Successes suffered a Setback, the Patient pursued him with evil Thoughts.
A Cancer-Patient, almost restored through Heliodic-Treatment, suffered a severe Relapse and died soon thereafter, apparently because she was guilty of what Huter calls Sympathy-Disruption [Sympathieunterbrechung ] through a malicious Attitude [böse Gesinnun ].
– Another Woman, paralyzed in both Legs, was also almost cured by Heliodic-Radiation, but allowed herself to be carried away by antipathic Remarks, which immediately resulted in an Aggravation of her Suffering.
I am Deliberately going into such detail on this Point. Not enough can be warned against the Abuse of metaphysical Forces.
Purity of Thought, ethical Way-of-Life or ‘Life-Conduct’ [Lebensführung ] determine the odic Quality of the Partner, which must necessarily be taken into Account.
There are Countless transgressions committed in this Regard.
Ethically inferior Love-Partners drag us down, their Radiation [Ausstrahlung ] damages our own Aura.
Already the Proximity of such a Person has a defiling effect in the odic Sense, therefore: how much more so does having close physical Contact?
It is not without reason that we are warned against Associating with Lechers and Harlots [Lüstlingen und Dirnen ].
And how Many Lechers or Harlots are often hidden behind the Mask of the good Average-Person?
The Psychologist knows this.
Disciples of the Runic-Spiritual-Exercises may draw their Conclusions from this.
Absolute Purity is the highest Commandment.
Strictly avoid Dealing with sexually impure Characters, no matter how high they may be otherwise.
This is not a Demand arising from narrow-minded Morality [engstirniger Moral entsprungene Forderung ], it is a Law of Magic [ein Gesetz der Magie ], probably the most elementary, and it certainly demands its Fulfillment here.
In this Context, the Past of the beloved Woman, who chooses to embark on the Runic-Path for two, may also be significant, regardless of whether she is still untouched or whether she already belonged to another Man or even several Men.Virginity generally does not count for much nowadays.
It has become the Norm for one person to take what another has had enough of. This is considered perfectly Acceptable.
Many Men are even bored with ‘unspoiled Girls’, which of course speaks little for these Representatives of their Gender.
Ultimately, however, Nature must have had a purpose in mind, when she created the Hymen, as it were, as a Control-Seal.
But who gives it any thought?, although it should make us reflect.
The sames goes for the Problem of Telegony*, that is Remote-Generation or Remote-Conception [Fernzeugung ].
[* Telegony is a theory of heredity that offspring can inherit the characteristics of a previous mate of the female parent. ]
Every Child, no matter by whom conceived, carries, in itself, the Inheritance of the ‘Deflowerer of its Mother’.
How much ahead of us are primitive Tribes in their natural Feeling [natürlichen Empfinden ].
There, in Public, the Chief solemnly asks the young Girl, before she marries, whether she is still a Virgin, because only then does the Bridegroom pay the Dowry in Full.
And woe indeed, if the Answer is such that the Chief reaches into the hollow Gourd standing before him and scatters the Millet grains therein to the four Winds, as a Sign of how great the Number of Lovers was.
We might say, with a sense of superiority, that these are Tribal-Customs. Yet, we should know better.
Do not our Psychologists seek to prove how necessary it is to Live-Fully in sexual Terms [Ausleben in sexueller Hinsicht ]?
Judge for yourself, everyone may do as they like, only let them keep their Hands off the Runes!

Part 3 – A New Art of Love
Karezza
In the previous Section we proposed a Middle-Way between forced Abstinence and the usual Wasting of the sexual Energies, of which we will now Speak, this is a new Art-of-Love [neuen Liebeskunst ], which is actually not so new anymore: Karezza .
If the usual Sexual-Intercourse culminates in the Orgasm of the Woman, and in the Ejaculation of the Man, then the Adherents of the Karezza-Method seek to avoid precisely this Maximum Increase-in-Pleasure [Höchstmaß an Luststeigerung ].
The Concept of Karezza originated in the 1840s with the Founder of the Oneida-Community, John Humphrey Noyes .
We owe the Name Karezza (pronounced: ‘Karetza’), which means ‘tender Embrace or Caress’, to the zealous Advocate of this Art-of-Love, the Doctor Alice B. Stockham .
Karezza, fully mastered, ideally lives up to those Ascetics who warn against Squandering sexual Energies.
No Force is lost in the Practice of this Love-Play [Liebesspieles ].
Tenderly entwined, physically united in the deepest intimacy, but avoiding anything that could lead to an eruptive Trigger-of-Lust, the Masters of this Art often spend hours in soulful Ecstasy, until the bodily Sensation-of-Pleasure harmoniously subsides, without either the Woman or the Man missing Spasms-of-Lust and the Squandering-of-Energy in the least.
To get there, of course, some Self-Mastery [Beherrschung ] is needed, the Subordination of the Drives/Impulses under the Dictates of the Will, which should not be too difficult for the Runic-Student.
However, where true Love is missing, Karezza will hardly have a Place.Men, like Hunters after Prey, will not like the forced Restraint; nor will those Women, who Basically have never loved, can never love, and to whom the earth-transforming Feeling [erdentrückende Gefühl ] is foreign; Women, similar to those of a Don-Juan-Nature, confuse Feeling with Sensation, with that Rut that cries again and again for the Orgasm, to which they fall willy-nilly, like a Lump of Nature, having surrendered to its Drive/Impulse-Commands [Triebgewalten ].
And this Spasms-of-Lust, such Women think, is – – Love. They are, of course, no good for Karezza.
Without emotional Commitment or a ‘soul Bond [seelische Bindung ]’, without emotional Involvement or ‘soul Participation [seelisches Beteiligtsein ]’, it is not possible to proceed.
Only what remains after the orgiastic Climax in Kisses, in Tenderness, even after Years of Togetherness, is Love. –
How rarely, unfortunately, is this the Case.
The Intensification of the true Feeling-of-Love [Liebesgefühles ], however, is particularly important in Karezza, which Cesare A. Dorelli has pointed out in an extremely sensitive Way.*)
Therefore, each one should carefully examine him- or herself – and, as far as possible, their Partner – before they both enter the Elevated-Path that the Runes and Karezza point out.

Runic-Karezza
In preparation, for the Formation of a common Force-Field and for its Strengthening, the two Love-Partners regularly practice the Rune-Asanas described in the Section on Community- or Collaborative-Work [Gemeinschaftsarbeit ] for a While.
Binding-Postures are to be preferred.

Mutual Od-Exchange
Both people’s Od must be flawless [einwandfrei ] – this increases the Elastic-Forces [Spannkräfte ] of Body and Spirit; to be carried out consciously in Rune-Position Taking-into-Account the Chakras suitable for it (Stomach-, Spleen-, Root-Chakra), in the course of mutual Magnetizing, as well as during the Karezza-Act.
Different Possibilities of Od-Transmission are Available [Gebote ]:
a) With the strongest Imagination, the Od-magnetic Fluid is accumulated during Inhalation in the Sexual-Center and radiated out into that of the Partner, which can happen simultaneously – or (better perhaps)
one of them, exhaling, positions themselves to Deliver ,
the other, at the same Moment, inhaling to Receive [Aufnahme] the Agent, so that first the male Part gives, the female Part takes, then vice versa; and this [is done] in Alternation.b) The same Practice as before, only now the whole Body is a single radiating Od-Surface acting on the Partner.
c) As was taught during the Transmutation-Procedure [Transmutationsvorgang ], the Sexual-Energy is intentionally withdrawn from the physical Procreative-Substance and, united with one’s own Radiant-Force (as in a and b above), and is directed to the other.
d) If one Partner needs special Boost [Aufpolung ], for example in weakened Health or before the Fulfillment of a difficult Task, which requires the full Employment of all Forces, the other Part functions exclusively as Life-Force-Donor [Lebenskraftspender ].
For Strengthening we refer you to a Rune-Grip, Rune-Sound, Rune-Word, or Rune-Mantram.
As the “Edda” announces, it is necessary “to grasp two Lives in Love”.
The Forces of the Eh-Rune are to be awakened.
Both Rune-Practitioners stand closely Chest to Chest in the Eh-Asana, whereby their Bodies form the Hagal-Rune at the same time.
In addition to Rune-Sound and Rune-Word practices, they speak one of the Meditation spells suitable for this purpose:
The All-Loving-Force or Universal-Love-Force [All-Liebeskraft ] leads us spiritually, mentally and physically to the higher Life.
or
high spiritual All-Loving-Waves or Universal-Love-Waves [All-Liebeswellen ] flow into us and connect us in everlasting Love.
or:
The holy Eh-Runic-Force leads us from the Two to the soul-spiritual One.
The Meditations Unmistakably point out that not just anyone can be a Partner in this.
Bindings, accomplished in the Rune-Ritual, work in the Transcendence [that is: in a Transcendental way] and are not to be loosened any more.
Before each Karezza-Union – the highest visible Symbol of the Unification [Einswerdung ] of the Dual-Souls on the transcendent Plane – the Lovers, after previous physical and odic Purification [Reinigung ] as well as harmonious Alignment [Ausrichtung ] of Thoughts and Feelings, charge themselves with the corresponding Runic-Forces, which they later transfer in intimate Embrace in Exchange, as shown above.
The introductory runic Force-Absorption [runischen Kraftaufnahme ] is followed by the Binding-Position in the Eh- or Gibor-Asana, or both which are done one after the other.
Seeking-Connection [Anschlußsuchend ] with the transcendent Ur-Powers of the Eh Rune, the Partners meditate mantrically:
“Two Life-Waves, two Self-Waves [Ich-Wellen ],
two Self-Wills [Ich-Willen ], two Souls
unite in the Marriage-Eternity-Law [Ehe-Ewigkeits-Gesetze ].”
And invoking the Ur-Powers of Gibor in the Ring of Runes – Rune of the Godhead [Gottheit ], Rune of the God-Man [Gottmenschen ] at the same time, which finds Unity from Duality – :
Gibor and Gea, Gibor and Gifa,
two Forces, two Souls
wed themselves together to procreate/beget, to receive/conceive,
in cosmic-ecstatic Pleasure .
To Procreate/Beget and to Receive/Conceive is not understood in the earthly Sense, but in the higher Sense, in the Sense of the “Holy Marriage” of Gnosis.
But where a Child is longed for, the worshipful Attitude certainly draws an Ego of a higher Stage-of-Development into the Sphere-of-Influence [Bannkreis ] of the Parents-to-Be. – – –
To whom the Mystery between Rune and Sex-Connection/Relationship [Geschlechtsbeziehung ] is revealed, Rune-Karezza can be made even more impressive by Performing [Vollzug ] special Rune-Rituals.
Not forgetting the jointly performed Transmutation of the Procreative-Forces during the Karezza-Embrace.
With the strongest Imagination, each of the Partners transforms the Sexual-Energies into Life- and Spiritual-Force and leads them up from the Sexual-Center.
A Procedure with which we are familiar.
Alone still another [Procedure] can become effective – only hinted at covertly by those who Know – when true Love, spiritualized Eroticism, and not lower Sexuality urging towards Union, but instead when the Wedding of Souls is celebrated at each Karezza-Union.
It is said that “the electric Currents of erotic Love” can be transformed into “those of the Heart and of the seeing Will [sehenden Willens ]”.
Purified and retained [gestaut ] by pure Will, they are prevented from flowing “Downward”.
Ascending, they open “Valves” hidden in the Brain, which are Work-Sites [Wirkstätten ] of “Illumination and Realization [Erleuchtung und Erkenntnis ]”.
Far beyond the Effect of the simple Karezza-Procedure, the Practices demonstrated have an impact.
As-a-Result one can tell that it is not little what the Followers of Karezza Promise:
Harmonious Love- and Married-Life;
Improvement of Living-Conditions;
Enhancement of Intuition, Concentration and Determination or Strength-of-Purpose [Entschlußkraft ];
Increase of personal Radiance [Strahlkraft ] as a result of Transformation of Procreative-Forces into Magnetism;
Strengthening and Healing of the Partners through odic Irradiation [odische Bestrahlung ], of diseased Organs and of Life-Force-Supply [Lebenskraftzufuhr] in general.
Runic-Karezza, moreover, promises another thing to all those who are pure in Spirit [reinen Sinnes sind ]: Delivery from the depressing, enslaving Natural-Instinct of Sex [Naturtrieb des Geschlechtes ], united in the common Field-of-Vibrational-Force [Schwingungskraftfeld ] through Runic-Power and Karezza-Technique, two World-Wanderers merge in purest Love-Pleasure [Liebeslust ], beyond all Physical, after eons of Seeking-One-Another [Einandersuchen ].
