Everything in life is a matter of customs.
A fornicator is an individual who has accustomed their genital organs to copulate Intensely. Yet, if the same subject changes their custom of copulation to the custom of not copulating, then they transform themselves into a chaste person.

An evil one can become a saint, if they change their customs of evil for the customs of a saint.
