Let us understand that the SACRED ABSOLUTE SUN would dissolve if the Logos had not created the Universe.<\/p>\n
It was necessary for the Logos to create the Universe for the Sacred Absolute Sun to be sustained …<\/p>\n
This means that the Force that comes from the Sacred Absolute Sun, when colliding with this Universe that was created reverberates or receives a shock and returns to the Logos multiplied.<\/p>\n
When returning to the Sacred Absolute Sun multiplied, then that life receives that Sun and sustains itself, alive.<\/p>\n
But if it weren’t for that shock, then the Sacred Absolute Sun could not live, it would dissolve.<\/p>\n
It was ready to dissolve, during the deep night of the Great Pralaya (the Cosmic Night).<\/p>\n
So It was then necessary for the ETERNAL COMMON COSMIC FATHER to do something, to create this Universe.<\/p>\n
This is how the Maha-Manvantara (the Cosmic Day) dawned.<\/p>\n
If the Forces of the Sacred Sun collide with the worlds and when they rebound, then when they collide, we would say they bounce, re-ascend, returning to the Sacred Sun, and of course, they sustain it.<\/p>\n
In this way, the abode of the UNI-EXISTING and the OMNIMERCIFUL Eternal Common Cosmic Father, which is the Sacred Absolute Sun, was prevented from dissolving.<\/p>\n
But that shock of Forces exists in everything created, in absolutely everything.<\/p>\n
The CREATIVE ENERGY OF THE THIRD LOGOS descends through the Seven Magnetic Centers of the Universe, to take shape, let us say, in our sexual glands.<\/p>\n
Obviously, the circuit could not be cut: Either it continues to circulate towards the purely animal generation, or then we will be forced to imitate the Sacred Absolute Sun: THROUGH A SHOCK, TRANSMUTING that Force and returning it inwards and upwards.<\/p>\n
If we do neither one nor the other, but simply retain the Sexual Potential in our glands, then the result will be that the Sexual Secretions of the woman, or the Sacred Sperm of the man, will involute and degenerate.<\/p>\n
How is it known that this Sperm has involuted and degenerated?<\/p>\n
We see it in certain medieval monks: some too fat, obese, full of fat; others terribly skinny and full of pimples.<\/p>\n
As for the psychological characteristics of these monks, they are already too well known: Externally: extreme fanaticism; intimately: Expert cynicism, to a high degree.<\/p>\n
Those inquisitorial monks burned people at the stake, they were terribly fanatical, and after committing the crime, horribly cynical.<\/p>\n
These are the characteristics produced by the INVOLUTION OF SEX, the involution of sperm or sexual secretions, and this is quite clear in itself …<\/p>\n
If the Sacred Absolute Sun did not need a shock, that is to say, an opposition of masses or worlds in order for its Energy to return multiplied, then we, obviously, would not need it either.<\/p>\n
In this case the Energies, both its and ours, by themselves would be transmuted and changed into higher types of Forces.<\/p>\n
But it is not like that: the Sacred Absolute Sun lives, thanks to transmutation, thus it subsists.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s explain: Those Forces descend through the Seven Magnetic Centers of the Universe, until they collide with the merely physical masses, which are the planets.<\/p>\n
Of course, in the collision, the Forces are changed from one to another, that is, they are transmuted and return upwards. That is indubitable.<\/p>\n
For this reason, if we want to return to the Sacred Absolute Sun, we have to do the same as he does, and if we try to violate that Law, the only thing we would achieve would be the degeneration of the Sacred Sperm and the Sexual Secretions located within the organism, with its corresponding psychological results.<\/p>\n
What are they, for example?<\/p>\n
The development of the abominable KUNDARTIGUADOR ORGAN and the charging of VENENOSKIRIAN forces, terribly evil.<\/p>\n
There was a time, during the Night of the Great Pralaya, when the Sacred Sun was, let’s say, AUTO-EGOCRATIC, it stood on its own, but was already beginning to lose volume.<\/p>\n

The ultimate goal of mystical practices, like that of Zen or that of Christian quietism of Fray Miguel de Molinos, is that they can lead us to the stillness and silence of the mind. <\/p>\n
The new arrives only when the mind is still, when the mind is in silence. In those moments of indescribable delights, the consciousness escapes from within the mortifying mind in order to experience the reality.<\/p>\n
The second Zen Patriarch asked Bodhidharma:<\/p>\n

When we courageously grasp that Lance of Eros with the evident purpose of reducing into dust all and every one of those subjective elements that we carry within, then, light surges forth. <\/p>\n

\nSummary and Conclusion<\/h3>\n
Let\u2019s summarize what we have studied in this course:<\/p>\n
The Ray of Creation in Descent<\/strong><\/p>\n\u201cGod\u201d or Divinity creates with the Word or Verb. This is related with the Logos (which means \u201cWord\u201d in Greek). <\/p>\n
In the Gnostic Kabbalah, the Logic Triangle (or Triangle of the Logos) is the first manifestation outside of the Ain Soph Aur. It has 3 aspects: Kether, Chokmah, Binah; Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva; Father, Son (Christ), Holy Spirit. <\/p>\n
These are also called the Three Primary Forces: Holy Affirming (or Active), Holy Denying (or Passive), and the Holy Reconciling or Conciliating (or Neutral).<\/p>\n
Creation is only possible when these 3 forces work together. Often, the third force is not so easy to recognize without observation, since it is not always as \u2018material\u2019 or \u2018physical\u2019 as the first two. But whenever these forces work together, they always create something.<\/p>\n
The Divinity creates with the \u201cLaw of Three\u201d and organizes with the \u201cLaw of Seven\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Law of Seven corresponds to the seven notes of our western musical scale: DO-RE-MI-FA-SOL-LA-SI. After SI, then is another DO, which restarts the notes. For this reason, the Law of Seven and the Law of Octaves are almost the same. However, the Law of Octaves means DO-RE-MI-FA-SOL-LA-SI-DO (eight notes) and also reminds us of the \u2018Intervals\u2019 or \u2018Pauses\u2019 between certain notes.<\/p>\n
If these \u2018Intervals\u2019 or \u2018Pauses\u2019 are not \u2018filled\u2019 by \u2018Shocks\u2019, then the direction of the line of notes (or the particular octave) curves and does not go in a straight line. <\/p>\n
This brings us to the 2nd thing that the Law of Octaves refers to: the direction of the line of notes. Of which there are basically 2: Straight Line and Curved line (which reminds us of the Straight Path and the Spiral Path).<\/p>\n
Therefore, we need to understand how and when to use \u2018Shocks\u2019 in order to continue directing the notes in a particular way.<\/p>\n
Shocks are the means by which we can escape the mechanicalness of the Law of Octaves. Normally (naturally) nature is curved and only \u2018Accidental Shocks\u2019 happen to \u2018fill\u2019 the \u2018Intervals\u2019 or \u2018Pauses\u2019 at the corresponding places where they are necessary. We cannot rely on accidents for self-realization, so we must CREATE \u2018Artificial Shocks\u2019 (or \u2018Conscious Shocks\u2019).<\/p>\n
Shocks allow us to continue our progress in a certain direction, and we must understand: how important they are and the difference between \u2018Accidental Shocks\u2019 and \u2018Conscious Shocks\u2019.<\/p>\n
In Cosmic Octave of the Ray of Creation in Descent, the first \u2018Interval\u2019 or \u2018Pause\u2019 is filled by the \u2018Will of the Absolute\u2019 (or Our Common Father\u2019s will). The second \u2018Interval\u2019 or \u2018Pause\u2019 is filled by \u2018Organic Life on Earth\u2019. <\/p>\n
As human beings, humanoids, or intellectual animals, we form part of Organic Life on Earth. This means that we are in an \u2018Interval\u2019 or \u2018Pause\u2019 in the Cosmic Octave, not in a note. <\/p>\n
Our role is to take in \u2018influences\u2019 (energies, vibrations, radiations, etc.) from the Worlds above (the \u2018Planetary Worlds\u2019 or notes which are above) and transform them so that they can be received in the World below (the Earth itself or the notes which are below).<\/p>\n
In terms of nature, our existence is fulfilled if we are a good transformer of energies (that is, if we digest and retransmit those influences from above into \u2018food\u2019 for the Earth). Nature does not need us to self-realize, nor does it need us to work on ourselves at all. Nature does not require us to have our Solar Bodies or eliminate our Egos. <\/p>\n
All nature needs is its \u2018food\u2019 and in the end, when our organism is no longer able to perform its function for nature, we will be swallowed up by the Earth. We could also refer to this as the \u2018Wheel of Samsara\u2019, although this also includes the different Kingdoms of Nature (atom, mineral, plant, animal, humanoid), as well as the Laws of Evolution & Involution, etc. <\/p>\n
The Philosophical Earth (our Physical Organism) returns to the Physical Earth and that is all, unless we choose to apply \u2018Shocks\u2019 to ourselves…<\/p>\n
So, if we want to be more than just an organic antenna (absorbing energies and retransmitting them), then we\u2019ll need to study and understand the work that must be done in order for us to get off the Wheel of Samsara.<\/p>\n
\nBefore we talk about that, let\u2019s finish up our understanding of the Ray of Creation in Descent.<\/p>\n
When \u2018matter\u2019 or \u2018substance\u2019 is studied in the different Worlds (or notes), we look at it from the point of view of which force is acting through it. This refers to the 3 Primary Forces: either it is a substance that is the conductor of the Active force (called \u201cCarbon\u201d), or a conductor of the Passive force (called \u201cOxygen\u201d) or a conductor of the Neutral force (called \u201cNitrogen\u201d). <\/p>\n
If we study the substance without considering the force acting through it, then we call it \u201cHydrogen\u201d. Any substance can be considered a \u201cHydrogen\u201d at any moment, because this simply means that we are not worried about the force active through it in that moment. Instead, we are more concerned with the type of matter or substance it is.<\/p>\n
What are the different types of matter or substance? There are 12 fundamental types of matter (according to Gnosis) and those related to how the substance can be used and which World it is related to. <\/p>\n
Substances with smaller numbers (like \u201cHydrogen 6\u201d) are more refined that substances with larger numbers (like \u201cHydrogen 48\u201d). A more refined substance means that it can be used in a higher World, whereas a less refined substance is of use in a lower World (or note in the Cosmic Octave).<\/p>\n
If one wants to ascent to the Absolute, then one must learn to work with more refined substances and higher Worlds. <\/p>\n
As Samael Aun Weor says in Ch.13 of Treatise of Sexual Alchemy: <\/p>\n
\u201c\u2026if we wish to create our interior Universe, then we must create as God did when creating the Universe.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Thus, we must understand the Law of Three, the Law of Seven and the Law of Octaves, as well as the different type of matter or substance and their correspondences, if we want to do the Gnostic Esoteric Work.<\/p>\n
\nThe Ray of Creation in Ascent<\/strong><\/p>\nNow that we understand our position (as an organism in \u2018Organic Life on Earth\u2019), let study what must be done in order to get off the Wheel of Samsara. To do so implies paying all the Karma we owe, as well as creating our Solar Vehicles or Bodies and eliminating our Egos.<\/p>\n
We are all born as Human Being #1, #2 or #3, that is: either as a #1 Motor-Instinctive person, or as a #2 Emotional person, or as a #3 Intellectual person. This corresponds to our \u2018Center of Gravity\u2019, which is a term that emphasizes the things we \u2018gravitate to\u2019 and \u2018gravitate around\u2019, as well as things that are associated together for a certain reason. <\/p>\n
There are lots of different \u2018Centers of Gravity\u2019, not just which of the 3 Brains predominates in us. For example, a location geographically, a person in a social network, even Egos can be Centers of Gravity. This is a term that helps us understand why things group together in certain ways based on affinity. <\/p>\n
If we want to change what we gravitate to and\/or around, then we can do so, but we must realize that this is the beginning of fighting against nature. If we want to change from Human Being #1, #2, or #3, then we have to balance our centers (not letting one predominate) and let Balance become our new Center of Gravity. The Balanced person corresponds to Human Being #4.<\/p>\n
Each of the 3 Primary Forces, which make up the Logoic Triangle have their Centers of Gravity as well. <\/p>\n
For Kether (the Father), it is in the head (in Kether itself, and associated with the Logoic Triangle itself). <\/p>\n
For Chokmah (the Son\/Christ) it is in the Heart (in Tiphereth, and associated with the Ethical Triangle \u2013 Chesed, Geburah, Tiphereth).<\/p>\n
And for Binah (the Holy Spirit) it is in the Sexual Organs (in Yesod, and associated with the Magical Triangle \u2013 Netzach, Hod, Yesod). <\/p>\n
Every Authentic or \u2018Real\u2019 Human Being has these three triangles in themselves, and so we should work to develop them within ourselves. The Logoic triangle is related with the Logos and the 3 Primary Forces. The Ethical triangle (or Triangle of the Son) is related with the Causal World or World of Causes. <\/p>\n
Samael mentions that the Causal world is the world of Intuition, the world of Mathematics. This implies a relationship between Ethics and Mathematics. Reflect on this because Morals are not Ethics. Morals are like a \u2018code\u2019 of conduct that we mechanically adhere to often without knowing why. Ethics are based on calculations, on a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles of the universe.<\/p>\n
Morality, says Gurdjieff, consists of \u2018Buffers\u2019. Buffers are a means by which we can always be \u2018in the right\u2019 (that is: never \u2018wrong\u2019). Buffers hinder us from feeling \u2018Shocks\u2019 related to our behavior, thoughts, feelings, etc., and are therefore a hindrance to awakening the Consciousness.<\/p>\n
We must be very careful of trying to convert Gnosis into a set of Rules that are mechanically followed, based on \u2018Good\u2019 and \u2018Bad\/Evil\u2019. Remember that in pure Esotericism, \u2018Good\u2019 is everything that is in its place and \u2018Bad\/Evil\u2019 is everything that is out of its place. If we simply see things as \u2018Good\u2019 and \u2018Bad\/Evil\u2019, then this hinders us from Understanding (from Comprehending) the relationship Causes and Effects. <\/p>\n
The Causal World is where Causes begin and the Physical World is where their Effects end. We should strive to Understand which Effects where produced by which Causes. Then we can progress Consciously.<\/p>\n
The Magical Triangle is related to the 3 Brains (Netzach = the Mental World, the Mind and\/or Superior and Inferior Intellect; Hod = the Astral World, Superior and Inferior Emotions; Yesod = the Etheric\/Vital World, Motor-Instinct-Sex). <\/p>\n
Gurdjieff tells us that \u201cMagic is Doing\u201d, which he contrasts with \u201cEverything Happens\u201d. \u2018Doing\u2019 means not just allowing what the forces of nature, of culture, of the egos, want to happen; it is to struggle against these forces. Therefore it is important to study what these means, not just in our Psychology, but also in the Human Organism itself.<\/p>\n
The Human Machine is a 3-story factory that receives different types of \u2018foods\u2019 or \u2018fuels\u2019. These are physical food, air and impressions. <\/p>\n
In a normally functioning person (#1, #2 or #3):<\/p>\n
Food (Hydrogen 768) converts into Hydrogen SI-12;<\/li>\nAir (Hydrogen 192) converts into Hydrogen MI-48;<\/li>\nand Impressions (Hydrogen 48) turns into Hydrogen DO-48, it doesn\u2019t get converted into a higher Hydrogen.<\/li>\nThis is the normal state of affairs for a person who is not applying \u2018Artificial\u2019 or \u2018Conscious\u2019 Shocks to themselves. If we choose \u2018to Do\u2019 (that is to modify the functioning of our organism by making special effort), then we can change this functioning to increase the production of higher Hydrogens. But in order to understand this we have to study how the machine works normally. <\/p>\n
The normal Human Machines often has the \u2018Wrong Working\u2019 or \u2018Incorrect Functioning\u2019 of the Centers. This is often where our energy goes, and why we do not have energy at the end of the day. Technically, this is when one of the Inferior Centers steals the Sex Center\u2019s fuel. <\/p>\n
Each Center has its own \u201cEngine\u201d, that is: a particular speed that it \u2018works\u2019 (or processes information) and a specific fuel that it uses in order to function normally. The \u201cEngine\u201d of the \u2018Intellectual Center\u2019 is the slowest and also uses the crudest (or least refined) fuel: Hydrogen 48. The Emotional Center is the next fastest, along with the Motor and Instinctive Centers, which use Hydrogen 24 for their fuel. The Sex Center is the fastest and it uses the same fuel that it produces (Hydrogen SI-12) in order to function. <\/p>\n
Since the Sex Center is the fastest and uses the most refined fuel, then this means it also has the fastest \u2018burning\u2019 fuel (Hydrogen SI-12). If the Sex Center\u2019s fuel is used by other Center (such as the Emotional), then the corresponding \u201cEngine\u201d speeds up beyond its normal speed and this necessarily produces \u2018wrong work\u2019 or \u2018incorrect functioning\u2019. This is almost always what occurs in a normal person\u2019s Human Machine. <\/p>\n
After this type of \u2018wrong working\u2019 has occurred, if one tries to use the Sex Center\u2019s \u201cEngine\u201d, then it cannot function properly (that is to say, at its normal speed), because the only fuel available for it to work is a less refined, slower burning, fuel (such as Hydrogen 24 or Hydrogen 48). Therefore, the Sex Center performs poorly and typically the operator of the Human Machine does not understand why. This is also called the \u2018Abuse of Sex\u2019 because, either the Sex Center\u2019s fuel is stolen and\/or it is forced to try and work with a fuel that doesn\u2019t allow it to function properly. <\/p>\n
When any \u201cEngine\u201d uses a fuel that is not its own, then this produces \u2018wrong working\u2019. So what does this \u2018wrong working\u2019 look like? The most common are: the expression of negative emotions, the misuse of the imagination, and the abuse of the center of movement.
